Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do! After you click the “order” button, you’ll be taken to PayPal’s site to complete your payment. Click on “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit”, and you’ll be able to enter your credit card information and pay for your order. Note: Some individuals, depending on what country they are in, may need to create a Paypal account in order to check-out, rather than simply checking out with a credit card. I received a gift certificate. How do I redeem it?
After you click the “order” button, you’ll be taken to PayPal’s site to complete your payment. Log in to your PayPal account, and you’ll see the list of payment methods. Click on the “redeem” link next to where it says “PayPal gift card, certificate, reward, or other discount”, and you’ll see a list of your gift certificates and the balance they have remaining. Simply pick the gift certificate(s) you wish to use, and their value will subtracted from your total.
What happens after I submit my document?
Your document is immediately sent out to our dedicated editing staff. You’ll receive a confirmation email when we’ve received your document. We have editors all around the world, so no matter what time you submit your document, an editor will start working on it almost immediately. When that editor finishes, they pass it along to a second editor to give it a final pass—this ensures that no errors or odd sentences slip through the cracks. We then email you a copy with all of our changes clearly marked, as well as a “clean” copy that is ready to be printed or e-mailed as is.
What qualifications do your editors have?
Our editors come from a wide range of backgrounds and training. Our editors have advanced degrees in English, Linguistics and Education. I paid for one turnaround but I really need it sooner. Can you get it back to me by then?

I’d like to be able to make additional edits after you’ve looked at my submission. Can I do that?
We return your documents in fully editable formats, so you may continue to make changes as long as you’d like. You are always welcome to re-submit a document for further editing. Do you edit works cited?
While we cannot create a works cited list for you from scratch, we will check and confirm that your works cited corresponds to the citation style you have listed on your order form, and edit any entry that is improperly formatted.
Can you turn my outline or notes into a final written essay?
While we’re more than happy to help you edit and shape your final essay, we are not an essay-writing service. We do not write your paper for you; we simply help edit your own original work.

No, we do not re-write or paraphrase work.
